Bora Yildiz received a B.A. degree in public administration from Anadolu University, Eskisehir, Turkey, in 2007, an M.B.A. degree from Beykent University, Istanbul, Turkey, in 2010, and the PhD degree in Business Administration from Gebze Technical University, Kocaeli, Turkey, in 2015. He is an Associate Professor of Management at Istanbul University, Istanbul, Turkey. He has nine years of experience as both reviewer and author and several contributions to several international Editorial Boards, Conference Scientific Panels, and Advisory Panels. He has published numerous papers, with 12 peer-reviewed papers on the Web of Science (WoS) with 95  recorded citations (H-index: 7). 1165 recorded citations of his published papers on Google Scholar (H-index:21). His research lies within three distinct but overlapping themes: organizational behaviour, human resources management, and industrial psychology. He has authored more than 40 scholarly articles in various international refereed journals, including Frontiers in Psychology, Sustainability, Journal of Advanced Nursing, Journal of Nursing Management, Perspectives in Psychiatric Care, Kybernetes, and Social Behavior and Personality, International Journal of Organizational leadership, Journal of Organizational Behaviour Research, among others. His research interests include multivariate data analysis, meta-analysis, data science, data analytics, Bayesian methods, and advanced research technics.
