I was born and raised in Istanbul. After completing my bachelor’s degree in business administration, I had the opportunity to work in the manufacturing field, gaining hands-on experience in production processes. Following a master’s degree in production and a PhD in quantitative methods, I have focused my work on decision support systems designed to enhance operational efficiency. I serve on the editorial team of the Istanbul Business Research journal.
