BM Sürdürülebilir Kalkınma Amaçları
Biyografi
1959 yılında Antalya’da doğdu.
İlk, orta ve lise öğrenimini TED Ankara Koleji’nde tamamladı.
1982 yılında Ankara Tıp Fakültesi’ni bitirdi.
1983-1985 yılları arasında mecburi hizmetini tamamlayarak İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Kiliniği’nde asistanlığa başladı.
1989 yılında kadın hastalıkları ve doğum uzmanı oldu ve aynı yıl ABD Vanderbil Üniversitesi Hastanesi’nde Jinekolojik Onkoloji Bölümü’nde ‘research fellow’ olarak çalışmaya başladı.
Bir yıl süren bu dönem sonunda 1990 yılında Türkiye’ye dönerek İstanbul Tıp Fakültesi Kadın Hastalıkları ve Doğum Anabilim Dalı’na başasistan olarak girdi.
1995 yılında doçent ve 2000 yılında profesör oldu. Halen aynı kurumda öğretim üyesi olarak görev yapmaktadır
