The subject of the project is planning, structuring, accessibility,
functionality, energy efficiency, physiological and psychological requirements,
urban life quality and structuring in the axis of 'urban, social and technical
infrastructure' standards in the scale of settlement and construction ranging
from spatial planning to building scale. It is a “MODEL” developed at the
'settlement' scale in order to enable the production of livable spaces with
identity by considering them separately within the framework of sustainability
criteria.
