In the scope of the project, efforts have been made to understand the entrepreneurship ecosystem from academia to industry and to ensure the presence of scientific research in the market with products. The focus is not only on economic development but also on the development of bioactive compounds derived from fishery waste for the widespread adoption of sustainable and green production products beneficial to the ecosystem.
