Özet

Homologous recombination plays an important role in maintaining the genome stability of prokaryotic and eukaryotic organisms. In this study, rec12 gene expression and alterations in homologous recombination frequency were investigated under H2O2 and CuSO4 induced oxidative stress in the unicellular, eukaryotic model organism, Schizosaccharomyces pombe.
