Abstract

Background: Following proximal tibial resection and modular endoprosthetic reconstruction, extensor mechanism can be reconstructed with different techniques. This study compares direct reattachment (DR) with medical textile augmented reattachment (MTAR) methods in terms of functional results and radiological results.
