Özet

"Changsega (Collected in Hamheung, Hamgyeongnam-do in 1923)" is a myth of the genesis that clearly reveals unique Korean perception about world. So far, various studies have been submitted on "Changsega". However, in the existing studies, there has not been an active understanding of the “awakening of two saints” and the “origin of Hwajeonnori” to commemorate it presented as the last motif in the actual narrative of "Changsega". Therefore, I tried to investigate the archetype of ecological consciousness that appeared in the awakening of two saints motif. To this end, I contrast the world under the rule of Mireuk-the first god of genesis in the narrative of "Changsega" with Seokga's own in terms of the relational character of 'human-nature'. Through this, I investigated the implications of the awakening of the two saints who rejected the order of the Seokga. It is also to reveal the implications of Hwajeonnori to honor the two adults. In conclusion, the awakening of the two saints means a return to the ecological order of Mireuk in order to overcome the limitations of the destructive civilization symbolized by the Seokga. Mireuk's ecological order is an organic order in which all members of the world have a mutually subjective relationship. "Changsega" means that humans must become the subject of the ecosystem that protects such organic order through prosperity. And it is saying that in order to overcome the negative situation in the present world, which has been buried in the civilized order, we need to restore such organic ecological consciousness again.
