Cleidocranial dysostosis (CCD) is an uncommon syndrome defined by delayed ossification of the skull, aplastic or hypoplastic clavicles, and serious complex dental abnormalities. Early diagnosis od CCD is extremely important to aid the general and pediatric dentist in planning appropriate treatment or referring patients to specialised centres. Patients with CCD require a team approach with good communication and cooperation from the patient. In this case report, we describe orthodontic and surgical management of a 17-year-old male patient with CCD without familiar antecedent that come to orthodontics clinic for treatment of denture pathology because anomalous distribution and eruption.
