Özet

t Panel data models can take different forms as depending on parameters which are changed by units and time. Heterogeneous panel data models are called when all parameters vary by units and/or time. If the dimension is more than two in a panel data model, the model is called as multi-dimensional panel data model, and the parameters can be heterogeneous by one or more dimensions. In this study, estimation methods are proposed for heterogeneous multi-dimensional panel data models, and homogeneity tests are extended to this model. The validity of Okun’s Law was examined for European Countries at NUTS2 level in 2008–2016.
