Özet

In this paper are examined the problems which derive from the fact that there is no
extra space nor any proceeding work for providing accomadation in regard of the area where the waqfa (staying for certain time) on Muzdalifa is performed and the night is spent during the Hajj/Pilgrimage, having in mind that the first part of Muzdalifa is the one, which comes after Mina on the east side of the Muhassir valley, and the last is the one that comes after the Arafat area. Also it’s revealed that the obligations over the pilgrim in Muzdalifa are: praying the magrib/evening prayer together with the isha/night prayer in the time of the latter one, spending the night, staying for certain time, tekbir (saying: Allahu ekber), tehlil (saying: La ilaha illallah), tesbih (saying: Subhanallah), tahmid (saying: Elhamdulillah), telbiye (saying:
Lebbeykellahumma lebbeyke), dua (invocation) and zikr (praising Allah). In the paper also are discussed the different views and opinions of the Islamic scholars concerning the provision of the waqfa on Muzdalifa and its time.
