Özet

A process has started for Turkey when date of negotiations for full membership to EU was taken on 17 December 2004. It is a well known fact that many changes and transformations will occur in various areas in the adaptation process to EU. In the long run Turkey will negotiate in various topics almost under 31 main titles.
