Özet

Corporate scandals and crises that occurred in the globalization effected international markets. Businesses which want to continue their activities in the market must affect stakeholders by being reliable, complying with the principles of corporate governance. Businesses which focus on stakeholders according with the corporate governance and which share financial information with the public according to the transparency are percieved more reliable. In business ethics's percpective, the importance of transparency principle in corporate governance for investors as stakeholders will be discussed in the framework.
