Nowadays, treatment of acute type B aortic dissections is still controversial. Many centers prefer medical follow up to radical open surgical treatment in the absence of complications secondary to the dissection; however, studies on endovascular treatment of the pathology are ongoing in a multicenter basis. In this report, we present two patients treated with endovascular grafting for type B aortic dissections at our institution to-ether with the review of the literature.
