Abstract

Sweet's syndrome is a skin disease, which can be described as acute febrile neutrophilic dermatosis and can accompany infectious diseases and malignancies. Sweet's syndrome is most often seen with myeloblastic leukemia. There is dramatically good response to corticosteroids in this syndrome. Here, we present a case of AML-M4 and Sweet's syndrome, who responded rapidly to corticosteroid treatment.
