Hyperfine structure measurements of the 5d-shell metal Lanthanum (139La) in the spectral range of 595-635 nm has been performed with laser-induced fluorescence spectroscopy in a hollow cathode discharge. The results of hyperfine structure analysis of atomic Lanthanum are based on investigation of 48 spectral lines. A classification program [1] was used to classify 26 new spectral lines which are listed in none of the wavelength tables [2, 3]. The resulting hyperfine constants for upper and lower energy levels of the spectral transitions were determined and compared with reference values from literature [4-5]. 18 magnetic dipole hyperfine interaction constants A values of even parity energy levels and one of odd parity level were measured for the first time in this study.
