Kur’an Okuma ve Tecvid, Türkiye’deki İlahiyat Fakültelerinin temel derslerinden biridir. Bu ders,
İlâhiyat fakültesi müfredatında dört yıl boyunca her dönem zorunlu dersler arasında yer almaktadır. Söz
konusu eğitim, teori ve uygulama şeklinde verilmektedir. Bu dersin, Âsım kıraatının Hafs rivâyetine göre
tecvid kurallarını bilme teorik zemininde, Kur’an-ı Kerim’i yüzünden düzgün okuma, belirlenmiş bazı sûre
ve âyetleri usulüne göre ezberleme şeklinde uygulama yönü ağırlıktadır. Diğer taraftan, Kur’an okuma
Ancak Kur’an
dersinin müfredatında hafız öğrencilere hitap eden çok fazla bir şey bulmak zordur. Çünkü Kur’an dersi,
lisans eğitimine başlamadan önce yoğun bir Kur’an eğitimi alarak Kur’an’ın tamamını ezberlediklerinden;
geneli dikkate alan mevcut müfredat hafız öğrencileri kapsam dışında bırakmaktadır. Bu ise, hafız
öğrencilere genel müfredatın dışında durumlarına uygun bir eğitimin verilmesini gerekli kılmaktadır. Bu

başkanlığı tarafından uygulanması planlanan tashîh-i hurûf, hafızlık tekrarı ve hüsn-i tilâvet gibi hafızlara
yönelik yapılacak Kur’an eğitim programının teorik ve pratik açılardan Kur’an eğitimi alan hafız öğrencilere
katkısı değerlendirilecek; programın geliştirilmesine yönelik tespit ve teklifler sunulacaktır.
The Qur’an education and teaching is one of the basic courses of Theology Faculties in Turkey. This
education is included in the curriculum of the Faculty of Theology under the title of “Reading the Qur’an
and Tajwîd”, which is among the compulsory courses for four years. The course is given in the form of
theory and practice in terms of curriculum and content. According to the Hafs narration of Asim’s recitation,
on the theoretical ground of knowing the rules of tajwid, it is a course that focuses on the practice of
properly reading the Qur’an because of it, memorizing certain surahs and verses according to the procedure.
On the other hand, students who prefer the Faculty of Theology in terms of reading the Qur’an have different
knowledge and skills. While there are those who do not know how to recite the Qur’a, there are also hafiz
students who have memorized the whole Qur’an. In addition, as of 2021, YÖK has reserved a certain
number of quotas for hafiz students who will prefer the Faculty of Theology. Therefore, the situation of hafiz
students cannot find much place in the curriculum of the Qur’an lesson. Because the Qur’an course has more
theoretical knowledge as well as a content for improving reciting skills and memorizing some verses and
suras that are necessary for professional formation. Therefore, since students who are hafiz have memorized
the entire Qur’an by taking an intensive Qur’an education before starting their undergraduate education, the
current curriculum, which takes general into account, excludes hafız students. For this reason, it is necessary
to give hafiz students an education that is suitable for their situation, apart from the general curriculum. In
this paper, the Qur’an training program for hafiz students, such as proofreading, reinforcing memorization,
and husn-i tilâwah, which is planned to be implemented by the Department of Qur’an Reading and
Recitation of the Faculty of Theology at Istanbul University, is theoretical and his contribution to the hafiz
students who receive the Qur’an education in practical terms will be evaluated; determinations and proposals
for the development of the program will be presented.
