There are a lot of different levels of risk for developing BP(bisphosphonate)-induced osteonecrosis of jaws (ONJ), Nitrogen containing BPS have high risks if administered via intravenous. Appropriate anitibrotic therapy is not enough and the symptoms and management make a difference among administration, and containing of nitrogen. Potential risk factors include steroid use. Preventive measures must be taken in development of osteonecrosis, which can be very difficult to manage the ONJ management include ozon therapy, low level laster tratment and hyperbaric oxygen which must be combined with appropriate antibioue regime.
