The report examines the impact of Covid-19 disease, which emerges in the context of uncertainty about the depth and duration of the crisis, the effects on economic growth, destabilization with dimensions on the socio-economic sustainability of the global economy. In this context, sustainability is discussed as the ability of the global economy in a state of pandemic to maintain certain, pre-set levels of achievement in the context of dynamic and unpredictable transformations. The paper highlights the role of governments in taking balanced action to minimize the negative consequences. The main goals of governments for economic prosperity are related to sustainable growth and stabilization of the economy. The focus is on the short-term consequences, given their significance at the moment, and the implementation of some possible short-term measures to overcome them. It is stated that it is undoubtedly, but at a later stage, that it is good to develop long-term policies for restructuring the economy and economic activity, taking into account the long-term consequences. ВЪЗДЕЙСТВИЕ НА ПАНДЕМИЯТА COVİD-19 ВЪРХУ ГЛОБАЛНАТА ИКОНОМИКА

 

           Статията разглежда въздействието на заболяването от Covid-19, което се очертава в контекста на неопределеност относно дълбочината и продължителността на предизвиканата криза, върху социално-икономическата устойчивост на световната икономика. Устойчивостта се разисква като способност на глобалната икономика в  състояние на пандемия да запази определени, предварително зададени нива на постигане на цели в условията на динамични и трудно предвидими трансформации. 

Акцентира се върху може би най-видимите влияния на пандемията от Covid-19 и се откроява ролята на правителствата за предприемане на балансирани действия в посока минимизиране на отрицателните резултати. Фокусът се поставя върху краткотрайните последствия, предвид значимостта им за момента, и прилагането на някои възможни краткосрочни мерки за преодоляването им. Посочва се, че несъмнено, но на по-късен етап, е необходимо разглеждане на дълготрайните последици, както и разработване на дългосрочни политики за преструктуриране на икономиката и стопанската активност.
