Balanced and sufficient alimentation is important for protection of health and prevention of diseases. The one who does not consume balanced and sufficient nutrition experiences decrease in efficiency and resistance to diseases and also experience unhealthy social attitude and behaviour. As a result of these, socio-economic development decelerates and social disorder is experienced.
