The ARVAS Research Group, led by Melih Beşir Arvas, focuses on advanced electrochemistry-driven research in functional materials, electroanalytical sensors, and energy storage systems. The group aims to design and develop high-performance electrochemical sensors, supercapacitors, and battery electrodes through the integration of conducting polymers, graphene and heteroatom-doped carbon materials, metal/metal-oxide nanostructures, and hybrid electrode architectures. By combining fundamental electrochemical mechanism studies with application-oriented device and prototype development, the ARVAS Research Group contributes to analytical chemistry, materials science, and sustainable energy technologies at both national and international levels.
