Sinekkaya Cave Presented at the Hungarian Paleolithic Symposium

The excavation director, Assoc. Prof. Dr. Berkay Dinçer, introduced [the cave] with a presentation at the symposium titled "Le Paleolithique de la Hongrie et des pays limitrophes" (The Paleolithic of Hungary and Neighboring Countries). The event was organized by Eötvös Loránd University and the French Institute in Budapest, the capital of Hungary, on May 21–22, 2026.

The symposium was also organized to mark the retirement of Dr. Zsolt MESTER, a pioneer of Hungarian Paleolithic research, and drew researchers from many European countries who participated throughout the two-day event.
