Abstract

ABSTRACT
Rhinoplasty is the most frequently performed aesthetic operation in ENT practice. The methods used in rhinoplasty have shaped the basic techniques that should be applied in this operation, which are taught by individual long-term results. Protecting the tissues, performing dissection in appropriate surgical plans, and performing less traumatic and predictable procedures in bone cuts are our gains as a result of our experiences in recent years. In this section, I would like to share with you the method I follow in primary rhinoplasty operations.

ÖZET
Rinoplasti KBB pratiğinde en sık uygulanan estetik operasyondur. Rinoplastide kullanılan yöntemler bireysel uzun dönemli neticelerin öğrettikleri, bu operasyonda temel uygulanması gereken teknikleri şekillendirmiştir. Dokuları korumak, uygun cerrahi planlarda diseksiyon yapmak, kemik kesilerde daha az travmatik ve öngörülebilir işlemler yapılması son yıllardaki deneyimlerimiz neticesinde kazanımlarımızdır. Bu bölümde primer rinoplasti operasyonunda izlediğim yöntemi sizlerle paylaşmak istiyorum.
