In the context of participation to a crime, the establishment of assistance that is the form of the participation to a crime, has always been one of the topics discussed in detail and has never lost its importance. The reason of this is the existence of the accomplices who facilitate the execution of an offence, assisting the offender in many crimes. However we have focused on a different aspect of assistance in our essay. For as much as in this article, the responsiblities of the people assisting the execution of an offence, within their daily common behaviours and occupational or commercial activities, are examined. It must be stated that this study is not examined in real terms in Turkish Law, so this issue is quite new in terms of Turkish Law. That is the reason why in this research, it was mostly benefited from German doctrine and judicial decisions and but Turkish sources and court decisions have not been adequately integrated. In this regard, the issue has been tried to be examined in full detail. Thus, it is aimed to contribute to Turkish doctrine and practice.
