New Voltage-Mode Biquad Filters Employing Single Current Conveyor

In this study, three new voltage-mode biquad filters configuration are proposed. The first proposed universal filter with single input and three outputs, can simultaneously realize voltage-mode band-pass, high-pass and band-stop filter responses employing single CCI and passive components. The second proposed universal filter with one input and three outputs, also can realize the low-pass, high-pass and band-stop filter response. The third proposed voltage-mode universal filter with one input and two outputs realize band-pass and high-pass filter responses, employing single CCI and passive component. We performed simulations with SPICE simulation programme using 0.35 mu m Taiwan Semiconductor Manufacturing Company (TSMC) CMOS technology. Simulation results are found in close agreement with theoretical results.
