Abstract

OLP is a relatively common, chromic inflamrmatory disease of the mucous membranes affecting between 0.5% and 2.2% of population in epidemiological studies. The bucoal tongue and gingiva are the most collusion sites. whereas palatal lesions arts uncommon. OLP has been found satisfy Liar the WHO criteria of a prentalignant condition. majority of it have revealed a malignant fation rate OLP of 0.5-2% over a 5-year period. In this paper we presented a case of oral lichen plants which planus showed malign transformation after in follow-up period.
