Özet
Background Salvage procedures, such as proximal row carpectomy, limited or total wrist arthrodesis, and wrist replacement, are generally preferred to treat advanced Kienbock's disease. However, these procedures are particularly aggressive and may have unpredictable results and potentially significant complications.
