Abstract
Objectives Radio labelled somatostatin analogues have found wide clinical use in nuclear medicine for both diagnostic and therapeutic applications. Here, we describe the development of a fully automated synthesis system allowing radiolabelling of 1,4,7,10-tetraazacyclododecane-1,4,7,10-tetraacetic acid (DOTA)-derivatized peptides with (68)Ga/(111)In/(177)Lu and (90)Y, meeting radiation safety and. pharmaceutical requirements.
