Abstract

With the in-depth application of the ERP system, state-owned enterprises have gradually formed a large amount of data. How to use and analyze the data in the ERP system to help management decision-making has attracted people's attention and has become one of the important goals of the ERP system construction. Data mining is a discipline that studies how to extract or "mine" knowledge from a large amount of data. Data mining and clustering algorithms are widely used. Starting from the basic concepts of ERP and data mining and clustering algorithms, this paper analyzes the problems faced by data mining and clustering algorithms applied to ERP based on the characteristics of ERP, data mining and clustering algorithms, and discusses the design and application of an algorithm-like employee ERP system.
