Abstract

Objective: To demonstrate O-6-methylguanine-DNA methyltransferase (MGMT) and glutathione S-transferase (GST) activities by analyzing the sera separately obtained from patients with malignant ovarian tumors, benign ovarian tumors, and healthy individuals.
