Wells' syndrome (Eosinophilic cellulitis) is a rare condition of unknown etiology and pathogenesis with recurrent, inflammatory dermatosis. The typical clinical presentation of eosonophilic cellulitis is pruritic erythematous and edematous plaques and a histological picture of dermal eosinophilic infiltration. Histopathological findings are helpful to confirm the diagnosis but are not specific. In this report, we presented Wells syndrome due to recurrent giardiasis as an almost rarely report in the literature.
