This study was made on 79 dogs and 24 cats with dermatomycosis were came to the clinic of Internal medicine of Veterinary Faculty, Istanbul University with complaint of a skin problem to detect the incidence dermatomycosis. Mycological cultures were made from the skin samples of infected animals in the laboratory of Microbiology Department. 65% of Microsporum canis, 20% M. nanum and %15 of Candida spp. was diagnosed in all cases. It was diagnosed zoonotic M. canis infection in 3-years old, male Siamese cat with dermatomycosis, was infected of the cat owner.
