The related geographical properties and the historical background are the most efficient factors on the composition of soil knowledge at Turks. The distinguishing characteristic of Turks’from other nations is their existence at a wide range of geography continuously. The geographical variance also provided the naming of living things, phenomena and processes present at divergent sites. In the context of current study the geography where the Turks lived was mapped in thousand - step time scales (b.c. 1000 - 0, a.c. 0 -1000 and 1000-2000 years). The drawn map is superposed with daily soil map. According to our findings the origin of soil knowledge of Turks relies on; (i) possession to innovative social structure; (ii) living at a wide range of geographical area; (iii) existence at a given location persistently; and, (iv) having ease of inter-communication with other nations. The geography on which Turks existed covers a wide range of area where world soil knowledge was intensively used. Actualization of that knowledge in the shortest future is the highest expectation.
