Abstract

Russian education diplomacy has been explained in detail with various aspects in this forum/conference. Now, in this 10 minutes I will mainly focus on Turkish educatioan and scientific programmes. Then, we could compare and discuss them and evaluate the possibilities of dialogue between these two countries. Efficiency and the quality of programs Turkey provides for foreign nationals both abroad and in the country’s educational institutions is not evaluated properly. However number and varieties of the programs and number of the young people benefited from those programs is incommensurable.
