Pennines vulgaris (PV), autoimmune disorder characterized by the formation of intraepithelial vesicles and bailee and effecting the mueous membraues and Kin the mitt coomman form of pemfigns Though oral findings may occur in almost ail lesions often first appear in oral mucosa. The PV ease presented here was diagnosed:en while the lesions were yet limited to dike oral mucosa and a better prognosis was ensured With treatment Started tat :km early phase, In our presentation of the case. the responsibilities of tine dentists for diagnosing kW come to the fore and the importance of at careful clinical anamnesis and pantient follow-up againest Me varied clinical Wins of initial lesions of PV is ememphasized.
