The prevalence of the low back pain changes between 8% to 74% in various studies. The presence of the low back pain in early ages shows a greater importance because the prevalence of low back pain is increasing by age. Investigators show that poor spinal posture is a cause of the low back pain and has negative effects on cardio respiratory system. Continuous carriage of backpacks in schoolchildren has some risks for the vertebral column. Carrying the backpacks on both of the shoulders is important to prevent the asymmetry of the posture. So, it is important to prevent the children from poor spinal posture dependent to the load they carry on their spinal column, which grows rapidly.
