Abstract

Increasing life span of human being causes new problems in developing countries. Inflammation is in ethiologies of Alzheimer, Parkinson, Huntington and neurodejenerative disorders these have highest fatal rated diseases in the human population. However, highlighted inflammation does not donate common inflammation that seen in systematic infection disorders. This task mentioned about inflammation in cellular level. TNF alpha, IL-6 and NFkB are inceasing and natural immunity protectors are decreasing during aging and neurodegenerative disorders. In this reality, we think that life style, natural environment and taking antioxidants help us to protect from cardiovascular and neurodegenerative disorders during natural aging process.
