Bu çalışmada, Türklerde tarih boyunca anadilde ibadet konusunda meydana gelen gelişmeler işlenmektedir. Makalede Türklerin İslama’a girdikten sonraki ilk zamanlarda ibadetlerini anadilleriyle yapmış olabileceği ihtimali üzerinde durulmakta, bu ihtimali destekleyen bazı rivayetler ve yorumlar verilmektedir. Daha sonraki dönemlerde ibadetlerin anadilde ifası yönündeki bazı girişimler ele alınmakta, özellikle Osmanlıların sonu ile Türkiye Cumhuriyetinin ilk dönemlerinde meydana gelen sıcak gelişmeler işlenmektedir. Anadilde ibadet girişimlerinin günümüze dek süregelen yansımalarının verildiği çalışmada, okuyucuya bu konudaki tarihî bilgilerin verilmesi hedeflenmiştir. Bu arada girişimlerin arkaplanındaki düşünceler de hissettirilmeye çalışılmıştır.
THE ATTEMPTS OF PRAYER WITH NATIVE LANGUAGE IN TURKS AND THE RELAVENT DEBATES
Abstract: This study attempts to deal with historical investigation on the developments regarding to the issue of prayer with native language by Turkic people throughout the history. In the study, it is evaluated the possibility of their expriences just after conversion to Islam and also it is given some records and commentaries based on this probability. Then, the latter developments on the prayer with native language and especially the latest attempts in the late of Ottoman period and in the beginning of the Republic of Turkey are elaborated. It is amed to give a historical information in the subject to the reader in this study which gives the implimentations of attempts of prayer with native language that has been proceeded by now. By the way, the background ideologies are also tried to be implied.
