Abstract

Spontaneous rectus sheath hematoma is a rare condition which should be considered in the differential diagnosis of acute abdominal conditios and intraabdominal tumors. Its clinical setting and pathogenesis is well-defined, and treatment is especially conservative. In our case the patient admitted to the emergency unit because of the acute abdominal pain which was resolved in days by conservative therapy.
