Özet
Otel işletmelerinin karlılık unsuru olarak çocuk menüleriyle ilgili yaptıkları çalışmaların analiz
edilmesi araştırmanın amacını oluşturmaktadır. Bu araştırma nitel bir çalışma olarak tasarlanmış ve
fenomenolojik yaklaşım kullanılarak yapılmıştır. Bulgular, tematik analiz yöntemi kullanılarak analiz
edilmiştir. Araştırmaya dahil edilen otel işletmeleri açısından menü fiyatlandırmasının önemli olduğu
görülmüştür. Doğru fiyatlandırma, işletmenin karlılığını etkiler. Fiyatların çok yüksek olması
tüketicilerde memnuniyetsizlik yaratabilirken, çok düşük olması işletmenin zararına neden olabilir.
Çocuk menüsünün sağlık ve kalite açısından rakiplere göre üstünlük sağladığı durumlarda çevredeki
diğer işletmelerden farklılaşarak tercih edilir hale geldiği görülmüştür.
Doğru bir menü analizi yapmak için çocuk menüsüyle ilgili çeşitli faktörlerin dikkate alınması
gerektiği görülmüştür. İşletmeler, menülerinde popüler olan ve sıkça talep edilen ürünlere yer vermeli
ve müşteri geri bildirimlerini de takip ederek menülerinde değişiklik yapmalıdır. Çocuk menülerinin,
çocukların sağlıklı beslenmelerini sağlamak, tatmin edici bir yeme deneyimi sunmak ve ebeveynlerin
memnuniyetini sağlamak için son derece önemli olduğu görülmüştür. Bu nedenle, çocuk menüleri
hazırlanırken sağlıklı gıdaların tercih edilmesi ve özenle seçilmesi gerekmektedir. Ayrıca, çocukların
tercihlerinin göz önünde bulundurulması, menülerin popüler ürünlerle ve ilgi çekici sunumlarla
zenginleştirilmesi önemlidir.

Abstract
The purpose of the research is to analyze the studies carried out by hotel businesses regarding
children's menus as an element of profitability. This research was designed as a qualitative study and
was conducted using a phenomenological approach. The findings were analyzed using the thematic
analysis method. It has been observed that menu pricing is important for the hotel businesses included
in the research. Correct pricing affects the profitability of the business. While prices that are too high
may cause dissatisfaction among consumers, too low prices may cause losses to the business. It has
been observed that when the children's menu provides superiority over competitors in terms of health
and quality, it differentiates itself from other businesses in the environment and becomes preferred. It has been observed that in order to make an accurate menu analysis, various factors related to the
children's menu must be taken into account. Businesses should include popular and frequently
requested products in their menus and make changes to their menus by following customer feedback.
Children's menus have been shown to be extremely important in ensuring healthy nutrition for
children, providing a satisfying eating experience and ensuring parental satisfaction. Therefore, when
preparing children's menus, healthy foods should be preferred and selected carefully. In addition, it is
important to take children's preferences into account and enrich menus with popular products and
interesting presentations.
