In this study Band-pass/Low-pass biquad filter realizations are fulfilled. In the designed current mode filters which contain single input and two outputs based on two CDTAs and only two grounded capacitors without any resistors can synchronically operate. The low-pass (LP) and band-pass (BP) filter responses of proposed configuration are investigated. The pole angular frequency ωo and bandwidth ωo/Q are separately and electronically adjustable. Simulations are performed with LTSPICE simulation tool using 0.18 μm TSMC CMOS parameters. Based on conducted study, simulation and theoretical results are in harmony for proposed circuits.
