A 4 1/2-year-old girl with a primary osteosarcoma of the seventh cervical vertebra, treated by surgery and chemotherapy, and who is off therapy for 24 months with no evidence of disease is presented and the literature reviewed. (C) 1994 Wiley-Liss, Inc.
