Özet

Çal›flmam›zda üçü antiseptik [% 70 izopropil alkol (‹PA), % 10 povidon-iyot, % 10 povidon-iyot/etanol], biri çamafl›r

suyu olmak üzere toplam dört preparata karfl› metisiline duyarl› (MS) 50 ve metisiline dirençli (MR) 50 S.aureus (SA) suflunun

duyarl›l›klar› karfl›laflt›r›lm›flt›r. Sonuç olarak MSSA ve MRSA sufllar› aras›nda % 10 povidon-iyot ve % 10 povidoniyot/

etanole direnç aç›s›ndan anlaml› fark bulunmam›fl (p>0.05) olmakla birlikte, MRSA sufllar›nda % 70 ‹PA’ya (p<0.01)

ve çamafl›r suyuna (p<0.001) karfl› MSSA sufllar›na k›yasla direncin anlaml› derecede daha yüksek oldu¤u saptanm›flt›r.
