Özet

Turkey is one of the countries that has drawn attention of the West during the World War II. After San Francisco Conference during which United Nations was established, Turkey has become a country which has been given more active part by American foreign policy. Turkey has neighbour with the Soviet Union and stucks next to the USA in the new conditions of the world and became a member of NATO.
