Spesific or nonspesific oral lesions may be seen in the course of many systemic diseases or syndromes. While some may be early signs and first clues that may be helpful in the diagnosis or may be seen as complemantary findings. In this review, spesific or nonspesific findings of common systemic diseases and relatively frequent genodermatoses will be reviewed, and some will be discussed in detail.
