Özet

Bu makalede Sophokles’in Kral Oidipus adıyla bilinen oyununda, ensest ve baba katli konularını tali unsurlar olarak kullandığını; asıl odaklandığı problemin, V. yüzyıl Atina’sının can alıcı gündemi olan doğal hukuk ile pozitif hukuk tartışmasının yanı sıra iktidarın sınırı sorunu olduğunu ortaya koymaya çalışacağım.

In this article, I will try to show that Sophocles uses the issues of incest and patricide as secondary elements in his play known as Oedipus the King, and that the main problem he focuses on is the debate between natural law and positive law, which was the crucial agenda of V. century Athens, as well as the problem of the limits of power.
