Abstract

This Letter presents some sufficient conditions for the existence, uniqueness and global asymptotic and exponential stability of the equilibrium point for Cohen-Grossberg neural networks with time delays. The results establish a relationship between the network parameters of the neural system independently of the delay parameters.
