Abstract
This paper focuses on the left wing political parties which were established during the transition process to multiparty system in Turkey between 1946 and 1952. I tried to enlighten this process that is very significant in Turkish political life as it is considered a turning point in democracy struggle and which gives the opposition the opportunity to become organized and expresses itself in political the area. In this study, I aim at analyzing how this transition process is passed through and how open it is to the Turkish left.
