Özet

This paper examines the transformative potential of green jobs in energy efficiency to achieve inclusive and sustainable development. Through a systematic review of the literature, the study reveals their significant contribution to economic growth, the creation of new sectors and the stimulation of innovation. From an environmental perspective, these jobs play a crucial role in reducing greenhouse gas emissions, limiting pollution, and efficiently utilizing natural resources. Social benefits include increasing employment,

creating quality jobs, improving public health, facilitating the reskilling of workers, and contributing to energy justice. The

study highlights the interdependence between green jobs and energy efficiency, but also identifies challenges such as skills

shortages and the need for a just transition. Policy interventions, financial mechanisms and educational reforms are proposed as

key to overcoming these barriers. Ultimately, the study advocates for the development of integrated strategies and indepth

theoretical research to fully leverage the potential of green jobs for a sustainable future.
