Muon spin precession in weak transverse magnetic fields and zero-field muon spin depolarization data are used to characterize the Mu(+) states in p-type InAs. A low-temperature signal, assigned to the BC site, shows the onset of motion just above 150 K. Above 250 K, the Mu(+) diffusion proceeds via a different primary site, assigned to the T-v interstitial location as claimed for other III-V materials. The zero-field data indicate that Mu(+) at TA, remains stationary up to 200K. A third signal dominates at intermediate temperatures and shows a sharp peak in depolarization rate near 170 K, typical of cyclic dynamics, perhaps from bi-directional Mu(+) site transfers.
